Job Summary

The HR Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving the company's success by championing the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives. He/she ensures day-to-day HR activities, including recruitments, align seamlessly with the overall corporate strategy and business objectives. This includes spearheading the creation and implementation of an effective performance management and compensation structure. Additionally, he/she actively supports the development of a strong value-driven culture within the company.

Experience and Qualification

• A first degree or its equivalent in any discipline
• Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience
• Strong understanding of HR principles, laws, and best practices

• Firm and focused on achieving results while balancing with good relationship management across board
• Highly proactive, assertive and results driven
• Good communicator, intuitive with high sense of tact
